I am a Certified Massage Therapist (CMT) and a Reiki master/teacher.
I studied massage at the Metropolitan School of Massage in Vancouver, Canada and have been working in the massage field for the past five years.
I specialize in Lymphatic Drainage Massage.

I studied Reiki through Richard Rivard (Thresholdresources.ca) in Vancouver, Canada in 2000 and have completed 3 different varieties of Reiki at a master level.

I offer classes in Reiki as well as treatments, and I am registered with the Canadian Reiki Association.

When I am not helping people de-stress I enjoy working out on the dance floor and hiking in the beautiful mountains around the Vancouver area.
